FRESH Healthy Cafe will soon open third location inside Cape Girardeau SportsPlex

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KBSI) – FRESH Healthy Cafe has announced they are opening a new location.

FRESH Healthy Cafe is the spot for those looking for healthy, nutritious and delicious meals in Cape Girardeau.

The business has announced they will soon be opening a third location.

The first “FRESH EXPRESS” will soon debut inside the Cape Girardeau SportsPlex, located just off I-55.

Like the FRESH’s other locations, the SportsPlex spot will offer FRESH’s signature all natural smoothies along with delicious wraps, signature salads, power bowls, healthy snacks, and more.

“FRESH Healthy Cafe has become such a staple in Cape Girardeau, which is why we are thrilled to be able to offer the added convenience of having the eatery right inside the SportsPlex,” said Scott Williams, City Recreation Division Manager. “We have no doubt that the restaurant’s many diverse offerings will be well-received, and we look forward to many exciting years to come.”

FRESH Healthy Cafe first opened in Cape Girardeau in 2019 inside the Saint Francis Medical Center, offering easy access for patients, staff and Fitness Plus members. The success of that location led to a second in Fall 2022 located near Kingshighway and Mount Auburn Roads, this time with a drive-thru for an even more convenient grab-and-go option. The third location with be conveniently located inside the SportsPlex.

Renovations are currently underway on FRESH Healthy Cafe inside the SportsPlex. The location is expected to open later this month.
