LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Ky., (KBSI) — Livingston County Sheriff’s Office is asking for community support for a critically wounded deputy from Crittenden County.
Officials said an assistance fund has been established for the family of Deputy Rick Coyle, who was injured in the line of duty.
Donations can be made at any Farmers Bank and Trust location in western Kentucky or through a Venmo account, according to the sheriff’s office.
The department said deputies recently assisted Crittenden County by responding to calls for service and helping support school safety efforts.
Officials are encouraging anyone able to donate or share information about the fund.
