Graves County pair arrested in theft of automotive parts
MAYFIELD, Ky., (KBSI) — Two Graves County residents have been arrested in connection with a string of thefts from an automotive business just north of Mayfield.
The Graves County Sheriff’s Office received reports of stolen automotive parts and other items from outside the business. Surveillance footage showed suspects taking items and loading them into a pickup truck.
Jason L. Jones, 51, of Farmington, was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking over $500. He was lodged at an out-of-county detention facility.
Misty N. Jones, 39, also of Farmington, was cited to court due to a medical condition. A third suspect remains under investigation.
The stolen property had already been sold and was deemed unrecoverable for the victim.
