Graves County sheriff’s deputies arrest man found hiding in attic

GRAVES COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – Graves County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a man found hiding in the attic of a home Friday evening.

Justin B. Riley, 41, was arrested around 5:30 p.m. Friday, January 5 at a home on Hwy. 464 by sheriff’s deputies after he was found hiding in the attic of the home.

He faces charges of felony flagrant non support.

Riley was out of jail on charges from both Hickman and Calloway counties, according to Graves County Sheriff Jon Hayden.
