Graves county single car crash

GRAVES COUNTY, KY. KBSI — Deputies with the Graves County Sheriff’s office were dispatched to KY 1124 and KY 564 after they had received a panic alarm activated by a man, identified as Todd Lister in his car. Deputy Austin Caldwell was able to call Lister on his phone and check on his welfare. Lister had a collision and might have been trapped inside his car with possible injuries.

Through an investigation, deputies say that Lister was traveling eastbound on KY-1124 when his car left the road and traveled into a ditch coming to final rest on the driver’s side of the car.

Deputies arrived on scene to find the car was on its side in a ditch that was 5 to 6 feet deep and the driver was trapped inside and unable to move.

First responders were able to make contact and successfully removed him from his car.

Lister was transported to a local hospital where he was treated for minor injuries.
