Groundbreaking held for new Black River Skilled Nursing facility in Poplar Bluff

POPLAR BLUFF, Mo., (KBSI) — A groundbreaking ceremony was held Wednesday for a new Black River Skilled Nursing facility on Shelby Road in Poplar Bluff.
The facility, located at 2670 Shelby Road, is expected to expand access to short-term rehabilitation, long-term care and specialized services in the region.
Officials and community members gathered for the ceremony, marking the start of construction on the project.
