FREDERICKTOWN, Mo. (KBSI) – A groundbreaking was held for a new fire station in Fredericktown on May 18.
Officials from the City of Fredericktown, DILLE POLLARD Architecture and Brockmiller Construction Incorporated participated in the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Fredericktown Fire Station.
The new station will be just more than 9,000 square feet and include modern sized pull through apparatus bays, a new meeting space, a day room/kitchen, locker rooms, and office space.
It will sit next to the existing apparatus bays which will be remodeled to match the new station.
The work is expected to be completed in early 2024.
The Prop P sales tax measure made the project possible.
