Hazel man facing assault, strangulation charges

HAZEL, Ky. (KBSI) – A Hazel man faces assault and strangulation charges in Calloway County.

Hugh Raspberry, 74, faces charges of assault 4th degree (minor injury) and strangulation 1st degree.

On Sep 13, 2023 at approximately 8:30 am

Deputies responded to a home in Hazel for a possible physical domestic on Wednesday, September 13 around 8:30 p.m.

The investigation led deputies to arrest Raspberry.
