Homicide suspect arrested after foot pursuit in Cedar Hill

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Mo., (KBSI) — Deputies arrested homicide suspect Christopher Serrano following a foot pursuit in Cedar Hill, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities did not immediately release additional information about the homicide or circumstances surrounding the arrest.

The investigation remains ongoing.
