How to help Bollinger County tornado victims

BOLLINGER COUNTY, Mo. (KBSI) – Many organizations are coming together to provide aid to those impacted by the deadly tornado that hit Bollinger County on April 5.

The East Missouri Action Agency is collecting funds for those hit by the tornado.

If you are a property owner affected by the tornado and need assistance in cleaning your property, contact the Bollinger County Health Center at (573)238-2817.

United Way of Southeast Missouri has established a recovery fund for the families in Bollinger County who were impacted by the tornado.

“One hundred percent of these donations are going to the families in Bollinger County,” said Elizabeth Shelton UWSEMO Executive Director Elizabeth Shelton. “Right now, we have a match for the first $10,000.”

The First Baptist Church of Marble Hill also requests towels.
