SOUTHEAST Mo., (KBSI)- H&R Block is experiencing issues preventing some desktop software users from e-filing their returns.

The company says online clients and clients working with their tax professionals virtually or in person are not impacted.

H&R Block is working to resolve the issue and ask clients to please try again later today or print and mail their return if that is more convenient for them.
