Hunters can apply online for managed deer hunts from July 1-31
CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) — The Missouri Department of Conservation is reminding deer hunters to apply online for managed deer hunts from July 1-31.
A total of 145 managed hunts will be held across the state from mid-September to mid-January, using various methods such as archery, muzzleloader, shotgun and modern firearms.
Some hunts are reserved for youth, beginning hunters or people with disabilities. Hunters will be selected through a weighted random drawing, with results available starting Aug. 15.
