Illinois woman faces charges after allegedly stabbing her boyfriend in the neck

MARION, Ill. (KBSI) – According to the Marion Police Department a woman refused to come out of her home after allegedly stabbing a man in the neck.

On July 21, 2025, officers and deputies with both the Marion Police Department and the Willaimson County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a stabbing incident on Goodall Street in Marion Ill.

After arrival officers made contact with a man who stated he’d been stabbed in the neck by his girlfriend who was identified as Bianca Moreno born on August 5, 2006.

According to the Marion Police Department Moreno retreated into her home and refused to come out.

After an hour of negotiations Moreno surrendered and was arrested.

She faces charges of aggravated battery and domestic battery.

The victim was treated for his injury and released by emergency personal.
