CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) — Impact One More reported a busy week of giving as the organization worked to complete its annual Thanksgiving Food Box Drive.
On November 10, phones at the nonprofit’s office rang nonstop as Community Relations Coordinator Amy made more than 60 calls to share the good news that individuals on the waiting list would also receive Thanksgiving boxes.
The organization expressed gratitude to volunteers and donors who contributed during the collection week. In a post on November 9, Impact One More encouraged last-minute donations to help meet its goal of 60 food boxes, inviting supporters to give online or provide itemized donations.
Partner drop-off locations included Rock of Cape Church, Eagle Ridge Christian School, Community Partnership of Southeast Missouri, and Victory Spinal Care of Cape Girardeau.
