Woman facing charges after troopers say she picked up inmate who escaped from work detail
CALLOWAY COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – A second person faces charges after Kentucky State Police troopers say she picked up an inmate who walked away from a work detail in Calloway County.
Kentucky State Police troopers say Paola Rachelle Hale, 28, of Murray picked up Brandon Fuller who walked away from his work details on January 12.
Hale faces charges of facilitation of escape 2nd degree, driving on a DUI suspended license and operating a motor vehicle without ignition interlock device.
She was taken to the Calloway County Jail.
Brandon Fuller faces a charge of escape 2nd degree. Kentucky State Police was notified around 11:30 a.m. on January 12 that Fuller had walked away from his work detail at the Murray State University Expo Center around 7:30 a.m. At noon, KSP was notified that Fuller had returned to the work detail.
Fuller was originally jailed at the Calloway County Jail for convictions of assault 3rd degree – inmate assault on corrections employee, assault 4th degree – domestic violence, and criminal mischief 3rd degree.
Fuller was taken to the Calloway County Jail.
