Investigation started after masked men with guns broke into a Fredericktown home

FREDERICKTOWN, Mo. (KBSI) – Masked men with weapons reportedly broke into a home in Fredericktown.

The Fredericktown Police Department says they responded to the 300 block of Albert Street in the afternoon hours of December 12, 2024 for a report of a home invasion.

Residents told officers two suspects with weapons wearing masks entered a home.

Upon arrival law enforcement secured the area and began a search for the suspects.

Law enforcement believes this incident to be isolated.

The investigation is ongoing.

There is no lockdown in this area everyone can return to normal business.
