Jackson and Cape Girardeau receive prestigious awards

JACKSON, Mo., (KBSI) — The City of Jackson has received the Premier Partner Award at the Missouri Main Street Connection Annual Conference, recognizing its ongoing commitment to Uptown Jackson initiatives.

The award honors the city’s efforts to preserve, revitalize and grow the heart of Jackson through partnerships with the community. Mayor Dwain Hahs and his wife, Susan, accepted the award on behalf of the city.

The city expressed gratitude to everyone supporting and believing in Uptown Jackson, stating that together, they are building a vibrant future.
