Jackson Area Chamber to host expert presentation on national tariff policy

JACKSON, Mo., (KBSI) — The Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce will host a presentation on national tariff policy and its effects on local businesses.

David Yaskewich of Southeast Missouri State University will give the presentation, which will cover the impact of tariffs on goods and services and recent policy changes.

The free event will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the Chamber office, 1846 E. Jackson Blvd. Chamber members and media representatives are invited to attend.
