Jackson City Hall to close temporarily for software transition

JACKSON, Mo., (KBSI) — Jackson City Hall will be closed to in-person traffic and drive-thru services Monday, May 18, as staff transitions to a new software system.
The city said residents will still be able to contact City Hall by phone during normal business hours while staff completes the system switchover and training process.
City officials said the temporary closure is intended to improve customer service moving forward.
Normal operations are expected to resume Tuesday, May 19.
