Jackson County Health Department offers back-to-school vaccinations, services
MURPHYSBORO, Ill., (KBSI) — The Jackson County Health Department is reminding parents to ensure their children’s vaccinations are up to date before the new school year.
The department is offering immunization services by appointment Monday-Friday, with extended hours on Tuesdays. Low-cost shots are available for qualifying children through the Vaccines for Children program.
Additionally, the health department will host a Back to School Bash on July 15, providing free backpacks, school supplies, car seat installations and checks, fluoride treatments and giveaways.
