Jackson crews work to clear roads after winter storm

JACKSON, Mo., (KBSI) — City public works crews are continuing efforts to clear roadways after a winter storm hit the area Tuesday night.

Crews are plowing snow, clearing stormwater drains and applying cinders to icy spots on bridges and hills.

Residents are advised to park vehicles off-street when possible, to facilitate the snow removal process.

Motorists are urged to exercise caution and give crews adequate space to work.
