Jackson Mo Area Chamber of Commerce hires new retail & membership director

JACKSON, Mo. (KBSI) – The Jackson Mo Area Chamber of Commerce hired a new retail and membership director.

Janna Clifton will start her new role on December 4. Clifton’s roles will be to recruit new business to Jackson as well as oversee current membership within the chamber.

“I am honored and excited to take on the role of Director of Retail Recruitment with the JACOC and the City of Jackson, where I can continue to work with our treasured Uptown Jackson businesses, while expanding to both retain and recruit retail to all of the Jackson area,” said Clifton.

“The Jackson Area Chamber is excited to add Janna to our team. Janna brings extensive retail experience, recruitment on both retail and membership as well as experience in tourism and non for profit,” said Brian Gerau, the CEO Jackson, Mo Area Chamber of Commerce.
