Jackson R-2 postpones turf field ribbon-cutting due to heat advisory

JACKSON, Mo., (KBSI) — A ribbon-cutting ceremony planned for Tuesday to celebrate Jackson R-2 School District’s new turf field has been postponed because of a heat advisory.
The Jackson Missouri Area Chamber of Commerce announced the postponement Monday.
A new date and time for the ribbon-cutting will be announced at a later date.
