John A. Logan College awards $10,000 student ambassador scholarships to area students

CARTERVILLE, Ill. (KBSI) — John A. Logan College awarded several Student Ambassador Scholarships this week to students at high schools across the region, including Marion, Carbondale, Du Quoin and Carterville.
The scholarships, each valued at $10,000, were presented by the John A. Logan College Foundation.
College officials said the scholarships provide recipients opportunities to represent the college and participate in public events and activities while continuing their education.
