Just Plain Fun hosts clean, alcohol-free New Year’s event

CHAFFEE, Mo. (KBSI) – It is New Year’s Eve and many are gathering for some end-of-the-year fun.

Just Plain Fun hosted a show and party, and Don Chester, owner, says it is a great escape for families looking to end the year with a bang.

“We think it’s very important because many folks couldn’t even come out you know if there wasn’t a place like this, and I think a lot of people that don’t know about it do stay home,” said Chester.

The business offers a space where there isn’t alcohol, no smoking, no cussing – which resonates with the clientele.

“When you look around our area there really isn’t anything to do unless you go where there’s alcohol and so we offer that alternative for people who don’t want that it’s  just good clean fun,” Classy Classy country member Leroy Eftink.

 “It’s good they can bring their kids; we can have a good time and t’s just a lot of laughs and a lot of family and a lot of dancing and a lot of craziness and everybody can have a good time and go home at a decent hour,” said Becki McClelland.
