Juvenile in custody after Cape Girardeau police respond to robbery report

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KBSI) – A juvenile was arrested after Cape Girardeau police officers responsed to a report of a robbery Sunday afternoon.

Officers responded to the 1200 block of Bloomfield for a report of a robbery about 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 16.

A juvenile pointed what the victim believed to be a firearm at another juvenile and took items from him, according to police.

The juvenile suspect was identified and taken into custody.

No injuries were reported.
