Keep Carbondale Beautiful to host bike trail clean-up Feb. 21

CARBONDALE, Ill., (KBSI) — Keep Carbondale Beautiful will host a community bike trail clean-up on Saturday, Feb. 21, 2026.

Volunteers will meet at 9 a.m. in the Levels nightclub parking lot at 760 E. Grand Ave. Participants will clean the bike trail from Grand Avenue to College Street.

Organizers say gloves and trash bags will be provided. Community members are encouraged to bring a friend and help keep the trail clean and safe for residents and visitors.

The event is part of ongoing efforts to maintain and improve public spaces throughout Carbondale.
