Kennett teacher accused of sexual contact with student

KENNETT, Mo. (KBSI) – A teacher in the Kennett School District is accused of having sexual contact with a student.

Lindsey B. Marshall faces faces two counts of felony sexual contact with a student.

According to court documents, the victim told officers it happened while the school was on school break in December 2022.

Marshall is a Spanish teacher at Kennett High School.
