Kentucky bill headed to governor’s desk
(KBSI) – A bill that some say is the most sweeping anti-trans legislation in the country… in now headed for Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear’s desk.
The Senate Bill would prohibit transgender minors from receiving gender-affirming care.
It also prohibits teachers from referring to transgender students by their preferred pronouns. Beshear has said he opposes the bill and is expected to veto it.
But the republican controlled house and senate likely have enough votes to override an expected veto.
