Kentucky flood death toll reaches 14; Governor to provide update

FRANKFORT, Ky., — Gov. Andy Beshear is scheduled to provide an update on Kentucky’s response to the deadly flooding today, as the state mourns the loss of 14 lives, including a Scott County man, the latest deaths come from two displaced outside of Jefferson County.
