Kentucky man arrested for selling crystal meth

GRAVES Co., Ky., (KBSI) — Graves County Sheriff’s detectives arrested Donald J. Lunsford, 45, of Lloyd Loop in Wingo, on Thursday afternoon for allegedly selling crystal methamphetamine.
The arrest followed an investigation prompted by complaints and information about Lunsford’s involvement in methamphetamine sales in Graves County. Detectives conducted undercover purchases from Lunsford before obtaining arrest and search warrants.
A search of Lunsford’s residence yielded evidence, including U.S. currency, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Lunsford has prior convictions for methamphetamine sales, receiving stolen property and other offenses.
He was taken to the Graves County Sheriff’s Office and later lodged in an out-of-county detention center. The investigation is ongoing, according to Sheriff Jon Hayden.
