Kentucky man charged with DUI after single-vehicle collision

MARION, Ky., (KBSI) — A single-vehicle collision on Feb. 23 led to the arrest of Travis Hale, 33, of Princeton, Kentucky, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
Deputy Bobby Beeler responded to a call from Marion Dispatch at approximately 5:37 p.m. regarding an overturned vehicle at the intersection of Highway 91 and AT Crider Road.
Upon arrival, Beeler observed Hale standing on the roadway, displaying signs of impairment and emitting the odor of alcoholic beverages.
Following tests, Sheriff’s units charged Hale with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 2nd offense, with aggravating circumstances.
He was lodged in the Crittenden County Jail.
Fortunately, no one was injured in the collision.
