Kentucky man faces charges after recording sexual content without the person’s consent

CALLOWAY COUNTY, KY. (KBSI) – A Kentucky man was arrested after secretly recording sexual content of another individual.
According to the Calloway County Sheriff’s Office on Nov 15, 2024, Kendrick T. Fall age 36 of Bolivar, Tennessee was arrested on a Calloway County warrant after an investigation revealed that he used a recording device for the purpose of recording sexually explicit material without another’s consent and then distributed it to others.
Fall was taken to the Calloway County Detention Facility.
Fall faces charges of
-Video Voyeurism (Class D felony)
-Distributing Sexually Explicit Images w/o Consent
-Terroristic Threatening 3rd Deg
