GRAND RIVERS, Ky., (KBSI) — Kentucky State Police Post 1 has charged four individuals in connection with the theft of more than $3,000 in property from Lighthouse Landing, a crime that ultimately resulted in an estimated $16,000 in total losses to the business, authorities said Friday.

On Nov. 24, employees reported that items—including televisions and other valuables—had been stolen from two rooms. The damage required deep cleaning, and temporary loss of rental availability contributed to the financial impact, according to KSP.

Trooper Landon Stewart led the investigation, which directed officers to a location in Hopkinsville. A search warrant was executed there, and much of the stolen property was recovered.

The following individuals were charged:

  • Kelly Willis, 36, of Princeton — Theft by Unlawful Taking $1,000–$10,000; Forgery, 2nd Degree
  • Devin Puckett, 32, of Cadiz — Theft by Unlawful Taking $1,000–$10,000
  • Kaitlin Atwell, 27, of Hopkinsville — Theft by Unlawful Taking $1,000–$10,000
  • Kameron Serrano, 20, of Hopkinsville — Theft by Unlawful Taking $1,000–$10,000

Both offenses are classified as Class D felonies. KSP noted that all four individuals have prior felony convictions.

The investigation remains ongoing.
