KSP is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a wanted Kentucky man
KENTUCKY – Kentucky State Police Post 1 is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a wanted man.
John Elmer West is a convicted sex offender last known to reside in the Pryorsburg area of Graves County.
West has been non-compliant with the sex offender registry requirements.
He also has an active warrant for his arrest stemming from a violent felony offense in Tennessee.
West is described as a 43-year-old white male with brown hair and hazel eyes, standing roughly 5′ 11″ tall and weighing approximately 170 pounds.
He has multiple face tattoos and piercings.
