Kuttawa man, woman facing multiple drug charges

LYON COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – Two people face multiple drug charges after authorities served a search warrant in Lyon County.

Lyon County Sheriff Brent White, Deputy Tyler Crane, Eddyville Police Department and Western KY Violent Crimes Task Force served a search warrant on Locust Street in Kuttawa for a drug investigation on October 2 around 2 p.m.

Evidence of trafficking meth and a firearm were found along with other evidence, according to the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office.

Dustin B. Edging and Emma N. Wadley of Kuttawa faces charges of of trafficking in a controlled substance-1st offense (greater than two grams nethamphetamine)-firearm enhanced, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia possession, according to the Lyon County Sherriff’s Office.

Paducah Police Department also helped with the investigation.

The suspects were being held in McCracken County Jail.

The investigation continues.
