Semi hauling chickens crashes in Hickman County

HICKMAN COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – A road in western Kentucky was blocked after a semi hauling live chickens crashed.

KY 1218/Reed Road in southeastern Hickman County was blocked by a semi crash near the 1 mile marker.

This is along KY 1218/Reed Road between KY 1219 and U.S. 45, according to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.

The semi was hauling live chickens. The truck and chickens have been successfully removed. An utility crew worked to restore the power lines.
