LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – KY 453/Dover Road reopened to traffic after a dump truck overturned near the 6 mile marker in Livingston County.

This crash is just north of the KY 2225/Jake Dukes Road intersection and Hometown Market, according to Keith Todd with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.
