Ky. woman arrested on probation violation, drug charges

LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Ky., (KBSI) — Darci Driver, 41, was arrested Saturday in the Lola community on a probation violation warrant.

Deputy Caleb Kindred took Driver into custody, and a search allegedly yielded suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Driver faces charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, in addition to the outstanding warrant.

She was lodged in the McCracken County Jail. Driver is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
