Livingston County Sheriff’s Office announces graduation for 65 D.A.R.E. students

SMITHLAND, Ky., (KBSI)- The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office announces the successful graduation of 65 students from Livingston County Middle School who have completed the Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.) program.
This significant milestone was achieved under the dedicated guidance of Deputy Greg Moyers, who has been instrumental in the program’s success.
The D.A.R.E. program, led by Deputy Moyers, stands as a beacon of hope and education in our community.
It is designed to empower students with the knowledge and skills necessary to resist peer pressure and make informed decisions about drug use and violence.
Through interactive lessons and engaging activities, students are equipped with invaluable tools to navigate the challenges they may encounter.
