Local businesses show appreciation for area teachers
CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) — Local businesses and organizations came together to make Teacher Appreciation Week special for area educators.
The ND Home & School Association delivered treats to classrooms, while First State Community Bank provided cookies. Rhodes 101 Stops supplied faculty members with coupons for free breakfast.
A faculty scavenger hunt was also held, with the winners receiving theme park tickets courtesy of KBSI FOX23.
School administrators also showed their appreciation by providing lunches and treats throughout the week.
