Lockdown lifted after second threat at Oak Ridge R-IV Schools

OAK RIDGE, Mo., (KBSI) – A lockdown has been lifted at Oak Ridge R-IV School after authorities determined a nearby threat was unfounded and resolved.

Per the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff’s Office the school was placed on lockdown as a precautionary measure, but officials said there was no direct threat to the school.
