Hundreds gather for luncheon benefiting Community Counseling Center Foundation

JACKSON, Mo. (KBSI) – Nearly 300 people gathered for a luncheon Thursday to benefit the Community Counseling Center Foundation.

The Superheroes Have a Heart for Kids luncheon benefits the Community Counseling Center Foundation.

It was held at the Jackson Civic Center.

Proceeds from the event are dedicated to supporting the children’s services programs at Community Counseling Center which is a community mental health center that provides comprehensive Behavorial health and preventatives services in Bollinger, Cape Girardeau, Madison, Perry and Ste. Genevieve County. The services include school-based therapy, youth day treatment, family and peer support, crisis services, street outreach program and more.
