Stolen Road Signs in Lyon County, KY

LYON COUNTY, KY (KBSI) – Lyon County Sheriff’s Office is looking for missing road signs.

On Jun. 10 police received reports of county road signs stolen off Travis Road in magistrate district three. The Kentucky State Penitentiary sign was also stolen at the intersection of KY 93 South and KY 730 West.

The thefts are similar to stolen road signs off KY 93 from March of 2024.

Police say if anyone finds newer-looking road signs in unfamiliar places, to contact Lyon County Sheriff’s Office at 270-388-2311.

Those responsible will be prosecuted.
