Lyon County Sheriff’s Office to auction surplus vehicles online

EDDYVILLE, Ky., (KBSI) — The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office has declared several surplus items, including motorcycles, cars and pickup trucks, and will sell them through an online auction later this month.

The auction will be conducted by Big Iron Auctions, beginning on or after Oct. 2, with bidding scheduled to close Oct. 22, officials said.

The surplus property is located in Eddyville, Lyon County. The sale is being held in accordance with Kentucky statutes KRS 67.0802 and KRS 424.130(1)(d).
