Madison County firefighters honor retiring airman with water salute

MADISON COUNTY, Ky., (KBSI) — Madison County Fire Rescue participated in a water salute ceremony honoring Staff Sgt. Tim Allen following his final flight before retirement.

Officials said the ceremony is a long-standing aviation tradition recognizing the service and dedication of aircrew members at the end of their careers.

Allen was recognized for 20 years of service, with fire officials expressing appreciation for his commitment and wishing him well in retirement.
