Main Street Pizza & Tap closes after storm damages building

BENTON, Ky., (KBSI) — Main Street Pizza & Tap is temporarily closed after a storm damaged the restaurant’s roof and electrical system Sunday night.

The business remained closed Monday while crews assessed the damage and developed a repair plan.

Restaurant officials said the closure could last several days, depending on the extent of the damage.

The business thanked Steven Nix, Benton police, Benton firefighters and Benton Electric for responding Sunday night.
