Major Road Closure: Gas leak blocks Cairo Rd near U.S. 45

PADUCAH, Ky., (KBSI) – Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 1 is advising motorists that KY 305 (Cairo Road) in McCracken County is currently blocked at its intersection with U.S. 45/HC Mathis Drive due to a gas leak.

Officials estimate the closure will last two to three hours. Drivers are urged to use alternate routes until the area is cleared and reopened.
