Man arrested after manhunt in Pulaski County

PULASKI COUNTY, Mo., (KBSI) — A large-scale manhunt in Pulaski County ended with the arrest of a suspect without incident, according to the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies, along with the Missouri State Highway Patrol and detectives from Relentless Pursuit, took Joshua Trotter into custody Tuesday.
Trotter is accused of first-degree assault and trafficking illegal narcotics.
He was transported to the Pulaski County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending formal charges from the prosecutor’s office.
Sheriff Stacy Ball said the coordinated effort among agencies led to a safe outcome.
All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
