Man arrested, charged with aggravated battery in Pittsburg incident
PITTSBURG, Ill., (KBSI) — Frank M. Walker was taken into custody May 28, 2025, after deputies responded to a disturbance report at Big Daddy’s Liquor and Fuel.
According to the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office, Walker was accused of striking an employee repeatedly after being told he was not welcome in the business. A second employee restrained Walker until deputies arrived.
Walker was cited for aggravated battery, a Class 3 felony, and violation of pre-trial release, a Class A misdemeanor. He was taken to the Williamson County Jail.
